What time do the tours begin?
All beginning times are mentioned on the details of each tour

Do the tours run rain or shine?
Yes, all tours run regardless of how Mother Nature decides to treat us!

What pace are Tuscan Tour Guide’s tours?

All tours that are offered throughout Italy are walking tours.  Tuscan Tour Guide focuses on having all its customers not feeling rushed in order to soak in and appreciate the culture, art and history of each specific tour & itinerary.

I have young children, which tours are appropriate for them?
All our tours are child friendly!  In regards to Florence Tours, most very young children have a hard time following the “Grand Tour” for 4.5 hours so we recommend the 3-hour “Florence & David”. Tuscany Tours are all child friendly.  The only exception is that no wine will be served to them during lunch.

How should I dress?

Can I bring water to drink inside museums?
Yes, buy and drink plenty of water during the tour especially during the summer months when temperatures can reach 38 Celsius or 100 Fahrenheit.

Can I bring a baby carriage for my infant or toddler?
Of course! No tour has any baby carriage limitations however it can be quite difficult to push a baby carriage during the Pompei, Herculaneum & Venice tours.

I have an infant (or toddler), do you supply car seats for any of the Tuscany Tours, Shore Ex Tours and/or car transfers?
Yes, we will supply the car seat as long as you tell us upon booking.  There is no additional fee for the car seat.

I have a dietary (or religious) restriction, can lunch be modified for me?
Yes, lunches can be modified according to your dietary or religious restriction.

Do we tip our tour guide or driver?
This is totally up to you.  Tipping is never a must, but always welcome if you feel the job was well done!
